This house is situated on the border of Benicarlo / Vinaros [Barranco - Aigua Oliva] in a quiet enclave of about 10 houses. Distance from the sea is about 20 metres, from the terrace you can enjoy a beautiful view on the sea.

The house is nicely decorated and has airconditioning and heating, satellite television in the living room and in one of the bedrooms, a fully furnished kitchen with big refrigerator / freezer, stove and oven and enough pans, dishes and cutlery. A new baby-bed 60x120+mattress is available.

On the veranda, which can be reached through folding doors from the livingroom, is patio furniture for 6 persons. It is a nice place, with a nice refreshing sea breeze and a stunning view on the illuminated castle of Peniscola in the evening.

In the garage is a washing machine, microwave oven, an extra fridge, more patio furniture, loungers, chair cushions, 2 bikes and much much more�

The garden has a fence and lockable doors, ideal for small children or dogs. You can park your car safely on a private driveway in the garden or in the garage.

There is a big Carrefour supermarket and a McDonalds nearby (at about 1 km distance). There are also several restaurants at walking distance. A lovely relaxed stay guaranteed !
