Get out, enjoy the sun or do you want to escape the cold winter months in a Mediterranean climate on the Costa Blanca in Almoradi, this is between Alicante and Murcia
Our apartment is equipped with all luxury. There is satellite TV(Europian channals), DVD, radio-CD player, air conditioning (with heating in the living room and master bedroom), the other rooms are equipped with electrical heaters.
The apartment is located on the first floor, there are 3 floors, with 1 swimming pool, and childrens area, 1 shower. It also has its own underground parking garage. Elevators are available. There are shutters for the windows.
Almoradi is between Alicante and Murcia, so 2 airports to choose from for cheap flights. You can rent a car via the Internet, + / - 120 � per week, Centauro has the best prices. The airport is a 30 minute ride.
On 10 minutes walking you will find shops, bars and cafés, banks, church, theater, restaurants (at affordable prices), bakers, butchers, weekly market, internet cafes, supermarkets (Mercadona and hipermercado), basketfields, playgrounds, you find it all,
On a 5 min drive you find an Aldi and Lidl, as well as disco�s. The beach is 15 minutes driving in Guardamar or 20 min in Torrevieja. At 5 km you �ll find the golf course La finca.

The area is among the healthiest areas of Europe, thanks to the iodine (from the salt), dry and clean air. During winter it is around 15 degrees and in the summer around 30 degrees. The sun shines more than 300 days a year. The salt and wide pine strips contribute to this healthy environment.

In Torrevieja you will also find a port and many shops, hippie market, park Aquapolis, La Salinas is a beautiful nature reserve where you can walk and observe the animals. Torrevieja has a first-class pasture / moorland Lagoon Park La Mata. You can follow the routes on the bike or on foot and enjoy the beautiful Mediterranean landscape of the lagoons. The pine forest with its trees and the birds. In the pine forest, you�ll certainly take a look at the swamp.
