Please note; WE DO NOT HAVE A POOL. .....but the beach is very close and it is a safer place for children to play.

Spend your vacation 160 yards from the best beach in the area, a great promenade, bars, restaurants & shops. Only 5 minutes walk to the harbour, shops and bars of Garrucha and many cafes.

AIR CONDITIONING + HEATING IN 4 BEDROOMS AND THE LOUNGE. PLUS A 5 KW GAS FIRE IN THE LOUNGE FOR THE WINTER.
The house is very spacious, approximately 160 sq meters. It has a separate kitchen, large lounge/dining room, 4 bedrooms, 3 with twin beds, 1 with 2/3 beds, plus a sofa in the lounge that makes a double bed. All the bedrooms have large wardrobes, one has a large terrace with sea views. There is also a safe for valuables. Although the house is large it is still ok for 2 people as well as 8 people. We have a cot and a stairgate for toddlers/babies if needed and a spare folding bed.

There are 2 bathrooms. There is one full bathroom with bidet, bath, shower, toilet and washbasin plus there is another smaller bathroom with smaller bath, shower, toilet and washbasin and mirror on the ground floor.

We provide all bed linen, Bath towels and tea towels BUT NOT beach towels. Please bring these yourselves. We provide duvets and blankets for the winter months.

Activities in the area include;
Aquapark only 5 minutes drive away, scuba diving, swimming, sailing club, cycling, walking, golf , fishing ,tennis and horse riding.
25 minutes drive away is the park area of the Cabo de Gata which is ideal for walkers, bird watchers and photographers.


PRICES BELOW ARE FOR RENTAL OF THE HOUSE PER WEEK FOR UP TO 6 PEOPLE. For more people add approximately 15% per person. Exact price to be decided by the owner. During the high season we normally accept only 2 week bookings. The house is cleaned before each group of tenants arrive and linen changeprovided but a maid service i.e. more cleaning/linen changing is available from the agent at additional cost during the holiday if requested. Suitable for some elderly guests. 1 bedroom and bathroom is on the ground floor.
BookingWhere we receive more than one enquiry for a particular time period, the first to make a definite booking will be accepted. Check availability with us first, make your definite booking, and we will hold available dates for a few days while you book your flights. Email us where possible so that everything is in writing.
20% deposit secures your booking subject to availability.
Full payment of the money should be in our bank 8 weeks before departure.
keep your booking confirmation email or letter as this will verify your booking and allow the keyholder to let you into the property.
We need the names of the people who will be staying and if you need anything for a baby like a cot etc.please let us know.
Also tell us flight times and arrival airport. Best airport is Almeria 50 mins drive. Next is Murcia 2 Hours drive and then Alicante 2.5 hours drive.
Times of departure is by 10.00 am and arrival after 4.00 pm to allow the cleaners to do their work. If you want to vary this arrangement let us know and we will often be able to change things around for you.
NB: Check for availability on the calender and pricing below . Prices include reasonable heating and air-conditioning costs Please take out holiday insurance to protect yourself against illness, loss of personal items and unforseen problems. All money paid is non-refundable if you need to cancel unless we can fill the vacancy.

Booking confirmed on receipt of 20% deposit the rest of the money to be paid and received by our bank 8 weeks before arrival. The house is cleaned prior to arrival . Additional cleaning can be arranged with the agent if requested. Please let us and the agent know if you found the cleaning unsatisfactory and we will have it redone.
