Casa Paulo a DETACHED 3 BED VILLA located in a gated street in the popular Playa Flamenca area of Costa Blanca. Just 2 short miles from three beautiful Golf Courses. South facing gated Villa, has a covered patio that is ideal for outdoor dining all year round. Outside dining area overlooking pool and lounge area, private pool is 10x5 metre free form with a water feature, and shower, private off road parking. 2 minutes walk to Bars/Restaurants. 10 minutes walk to Ocean. 15 minute walk to the actual Beach. It is Hot in July and August, so keep this in mind when planning to Walk with a load of beach equipment and perhaps children in tow! A ten minute walk can easily become a 30 minute hardship.
The Villa has a casual feel and is a comfortable layout. All bedrooms are double in size with built-in wardrobes and plenty of storage space. Ground floor has 2 bedrooms and a shower room, Kitchen with full-size refrigerator, electric appliances and a separate laundry room with a washer. Upstairs there is a double bedroom and a bathroom with a bath. Just off the landing is a door out to a solarium there is a covered portion that is perfect for chilling out protected from the sun and a large half round perfect for sunbathing or just admiring the view of the sea, and there is even a shower to cool off.
There is so much to do in the area, the local beaches offer hours of entertainment, and you can get lessons in Scuba diving, surfing, parasailing and fishing charters. Some of the most amazing golf courses are just minutes down the road. Playa Flamenca is central to what goes on in the Costa Blanca. The Saturday market is a weekly attraction that is an enjoyable place to go and buy your fresh fruit and vegetables or to purchase local wares. Playa Flamenca beach is one of the safest beaches on the Costa, and boasts a promenade that goes all the way to La Mata. Hire a Bicycle and travel to the beaches or water parks. Torrevieja is only a few miles up the road and boasts a great day of shopping, parks, beaches and the salt museum.

Taxi cabs are also good value, especially for those travelling as a group. There are also some affordable, local car rental companies, best with those wishing to explore off the beaten paths.
