Built on two levels, fully air-conditioned, private pool,air hockey table, table tennis, large enclosed garden, walking distance to Mijas village, shops, bar/restaurants, sport centre, bus stop.

Ground floor: well fitted, open plan kitchen come dining/living area. With SKY-TV, DVD, HI-FI. Separate dining room. Twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes.
Second very large dining room.
Bathroom with bath and separate shower.

First floor:
Family bathroom with further twin bedrooms, both good size double bedrooms, one with en-suite, step-in bath.

All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. An outside balcony stretches round the front of the villa, upstairs, giving views over the coast and sea with the mountains in the background.

Outside is a separate built bar-b-q area and original bread oven! The swimming pool is roughly 10 x 5 mtr in size and roughly 1 to 2mtr in depth
