The apartment is totally independent with its own entrance, terraced garden and entry gate, on the exclusive Monte de los Almendros. The house is next to the fantastic ammenities:2 swimming pools, tennis court,football pitch & play areas.Lawned gardens with shaded seating area,sun shades and showers. Literally a walk over the road, it is completely secure,key entry only. The spectacular views will take your breath away, with the snowy peaks of the Sierra Nevadas down to the Mediterranean and the lovely town of Salobrena with its medieval castle beautifully lit at night. Should you want a quiet night in there is TV with UK freeview channels, DVD and video players (bring your own favourites, or choose from our list) there is also a mini HiFi system. The kitchen is new & fully equipped should you want to dine in, (meals can be prepared by the management (gourmet cook) subject to prior arrangement). BBQ equipment is provided should you fancy the challenge.
The apartment is spacious,light and airy with spectacular views from every room.There are 2 large double bedrooms with good sized bathrooms (master is ensuite)large 2nd bathroom with walk in shower.(sofa bed to accommodate extra guests).

Notes
Master bedroom has a super kingsize bed,2nd bedroom is a twin.Sofabed in lounge to accommodate extra guests.
It takes 4 minutes to drive to the local super market in town, there is a good local market for fresh fish, meat, fruit and vegs. The beach and town has several good restaurants and bars. Next door towns are Motril and Almunecar. 35 minutes drive to the wonderful city of Granada which boasts the Alhambra Palace. There is fantastic shopping,markets,restuarants,bars and nightlife. The ski slopes are an hour away with a good long snow season from November to May. Where else in the world can you ski in the morning and head back to the coast for lunch on the beach? The local area is renowned for its G reference walking, hiking and cycling routes. There are some beautiful villages set within the Alpujarras breathtaking scenery through the valleys to the foothills of the Sierra Nevadas.
Airports are not far away and the roads are good :Malaga now less than an hour, Granada 45 mins, Almeria 1.5hrs.

Notes
Rates are for 2persons sharing the same bedroom, add £50 for 3/4 persons. Prices are negotiable out of peak summer season. Linen and towels are provided , please bring your own beach towels. The apartment should be vacated by 11am on day of departure we are flexible on this depending on new guest arrival times. 50% deposit to secure booking, balance paid 8 weeks prior to arrival date or cash on arrival. We will accept payments in euro. Payments should be made by bank transfer, details will be provided when you book.A €100 security deposit is required upon arrival and will be returned by post in the form of a cheque,charges for breakages or damage to the property will be deducted from this plus should excess cleaning be required this will be charged as extra and deducted from the deposit.
Long term rental is available,for special rates, contact owner.
