This well appointed apartment is situated in the Las Gondolas complex in the Veneciola area of La Manga. Either the warm shallow waters of the Mar Menor ideal for families and famous for its therapeutic benefits, or the Mediterranean, popular for its windsurfing are a few minutes walk away, as is a 9-hole golf course. The complex boast a lovely swimming pool with fountain and Jacuzzi with palm trees and sunbathing areas.

There are a few bars and restaurants locally including Pieters restaurant situated on the beach, the best place to watch the wonderful sunsets.

Thomas Maestre marina, with its many bars and restaurants is only a 5 minute bus ride / 30 minutes walk away. A regular ferry service runs from the marina to Santiago de la Ribera, worth a visit to the Wednesday morning market.

There is also an excellent market on Sunday mornings at Cabo de Palos, a lovely fishing harbour at the beginning of La Manga strip (also accessible via the local bus service). This harbour has some of the best fish restaurants in the area.

The city of Cartegena with its port and archaeological sites is also worth a visit.

Car hire is available from the airport or transfers can be arranged upon request. Regarding transportation during your holiday in the months of July and August there is a 24hr bus service running along the full length of La Manga strip. During all other months there is a service until early evening, after which there is a local taxi service.

Beautiful place

We spent 2 magnificent weeks on this lovely place and we'll definitely go back next year.The apartment was clean and neat on arrival, the advertised facilities were present and in working order and was well worth the money we paid! I will recommend it to all my friends!
