This holiday apartment is located in the historic centre of Málaga. You will find the main tourist sites, the traditional squares and little streets of the old city centre all in walking distance. It is near to the Plaza de la Constitución, Calle Larios (the main shopping street and beautiful pedestrianised area), the Cathedral, the Museum Picasso, or the moorish palace.

The apartment is located in a recently redeveloped buidling of an old typical Andalusian city building from 1910.
Its modern and comfy design with modern furniture is perfect for a romantic city break in Màlaga, and it provides an excellent location to explore the city and its surroundings (beaches and mountains), to enjoy the Spanish life-style and experience the Spanish culture.

Enjoy the sunbeds on the upper private terrace or relax and have a drink or enjoy dinner on the lower private terrace.

The apartment has air-conditioning (in winter heating) and there is flat screen TV and DVD player, as well as WIFI internet access.

There is room for 2+2 persons (two people can sleep on the sofa-bed), please ask for prices for 4 persons.

An excellent apartment

Despite being described as a "Studio" apartment, the accomodation is in fact quite spacious for 2 people, with separate kitchen/lounge and sleeping areas, and a large balcony outside with a 4-seat table, which gets the sun for most of the day. Best of all, there is a large roof terrace above, accessed via a slightly precarious spiral staircase from a second, smaller balcony. The view is virtually unobstructed, and there are two sun-loungers. The location of the Atico apartment is also very good, being just off Calle Calleteria, which is the northern boundary of the "Old Town", so everything is within a few minutes walk. The only downside is that the area is currently undergoing considerable refurbishment of the many older buildings, so it does have something of a building site feel to it. Nice when finished though! Overall, good value for money (apart from the excessive €250 damage deposit) and an excellent base to explore & enjoy a great City.
