This house with private swimming-pool is characterized for amazing views of the banana plantations, the sea and the town of Puerto de la Cruz, in the protected territory of El Rincón. Its proximity to the sea and the quietness make this house ideal for anyone wanting peaceful holiday on the coast but only 10 minutes by car from Puerto. The house was built making the most of its elevated situation, so that from the swimming-pool you can admire the wonderful views of the Valley of Orotava, the Teide peak and the sea.

"We searched for a quiet holiday villa for a base of our trips in Tenerife, and this was just a perfect place for it. Far from the mass tourism, the villa offers a complete vacation with all the comforts you need. We had everthing in the house we needed for our comfort. The kitchen was well-equipped for self-catering. The garden and the pool was beautiful with breathtaking views of Teide and the ocean. The villa is only a few minutes drive from the nearest shops and towns and there is a charming restaurant nearby as beaches near the villa are charming, clean and not crowded at all. Our host was very kind, helpful and flexible, we could check out even late at night. The only problem was that we couldn't stay for at least two more month. :-). ATTILA N., HUNGARY, 31/07/10
"What an amazing place! The house and surroundings are absolutely beautiful--an invigorating 30 minute walk to the gorgeous El Bollulo beach, Mt Teide and the lights of Puerto in the background, banana trees everywhere--very isolated and private but also a convenient locaation for a "home base." "Vue sublime sur le golfe de Puerto de la Cruz, et aussi sur le volcan du Teide, environnement naturel avec accès direct à des plages par des sentiers cotiers magnifiques. La villa est très agréable. Séjour que nous recommandons chaudement aux amoureux de calme et de nature. La proximité de la ville permet de découvrir Loro-Parc, parc animalier hors du commun qui offre des spectacles très impressionnants avec orques,dauphins, éléphants de mer, ainsi que des perroquets en vol libre.
