Beautiful privately owned villa in an exceptional part of the Costa Blanca - the Cabo De La Nao. Very close to outstanding beauty spots including idyllic coves. Old Spanish town with fishing port and a good clean sandy beach. You can fly to either Alicante or Valencia airports.
Lovely traditional Spanish villa with terracing and roof solarium. Large exclusive private pool. Barbecue. Ideal for families or couples. Safe for children.
The villa is close to all amenities, yet is very private being on a quiet cul-de-sac road with magnificent 180 degree views of the stunning coastline. Many activities available locally - exceptionally good for climbing, mountain trekking, cycling, sailing, water sports, tennis, bowls, golf, snorkelling, fishing, walking, etc
.
This area is a gourmets paradise with many restaurants and bars at fantastic prices, 3-4 course menus with wine from €10 per person.

The villa is traditionally Spanish although it has been sympathetically restored to encompass modern conveniences. The accommodation is on one level and comprises of lounge with dining area, open plan kitchen, three bedrooms - all beds have memory foam mattresses and pillows, one bedroom has an ensuite shower room - the other two have sinks and share a bathroom. The kitchen has granite work surfaces, a Bosch dishwasher, Smeg gas hob, Nodor electric oven, food mixer etc. The villa has gas central heating for winter and air conditioning for summer. It is extremely well furnished with reclining sofas, a 42 plasma TV (with European channels), a DVD and Video player and a CD and MP3 player. The use of a landline telephone to anywhere in Europe is included as well as free access to the internet and a fax/printer. There is a child monitor in the villa and a cot and high chair if required.

We are able to communicate by email in English, French, German and Dutch.

50% deposit taken on booking. Balance payable 10 weeks before travel.
Returnable deposit of £100 / € 120 charged - this is returned once the villa has been checked by our agent.
Linen, gas and electricity included.

FOR WINTER BOOKINGS BETWEEN 1 NOVEMBER AND 1 APRIL a deposit will also be required to cover any gas and electricity used over and above the normal useage allowance. The amount will depend on the length of the booking. Refunds will be given if extra gas/electricity is not used or is only part used.
