Away from tourists, beautifully situated in Algorfa in a nice golf ressort, 30 km south of Alicante, is this lovely apartment in Spain.

It is a modern newly built apartment, located with views over the orange and lemon groves and the areas own 18 hole golf course "La Finca".

The buildings are in 2 storeys and this apartment is on the 1 floor and is in one level + a solarium. The apartment has 2 double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, 2 bathrooms, one of them with a bathtub. The living room is with a fireplace and has an open fully equipped kitchen, with access to a wonderful medium sized terrace, overlooking the golf course and mountains.

From the terrace there is a staircase lead up to a large private 30 sqm "solarium" with a beautiful view - and with the possibility to enjoy the sun by day, and barbecues and dining in the evening. A perfect place to relax with a good glass of wine, and to enjoy the sunset after a good round of golf, with your family and friends.

The apartment is with dishwasher, refrigerator, oven and air conditioning with both heat and cool.

There is a lovely swimming pool for free use, split between the nearby houses.

The apartment is perfectly situated for those who love to play golf, within 30 minutes drive, you will come across 14 excellent golf courses - which, among other things, also are used in professional tournaments.

The coastal area at the town Guardamar is about, 15 min drive from the apartment. Here you will find a 10 km white sandy beach and with plenty opportunity to swim and relax. In the summertime there are good facilities for various water activities. The newly restored beach promenade allows you to enjoy a good lunch or a snack in one of the many Tapas bars.

Algorfa is a pleasant Spanish village with bars, cafes, restaurants, banks, pharmacy, supermarket, bakers and a various other small shops scattered around the center of the city.

Quesada town is about 10 minutes by car from the apartment - and here you will also find a large selection of many different restaurants, and more.

There are also some good activities for children, including the Aqua Park which is 15 minutes by car from the apartment, which is open from April to September. Also Go-Karting is an option and is also not far from the apartment.

When you move around on your own, you will find, that within 20 minutes by car there is many fascinating small towns, restaurants and beaches. Even the many Spanish markets, with a wide range of things, is a good way to experience the Spanish atmosphere.

The region is known for its therapeutic salt lakes, pink flamingos and the blue flag beach in Gurdamar.
