Holiday villa for rent in Benidorm

The Casa:
Our delightful little villa is one of several in the quaint and quiet Golf Bahia on the Costa Blanca. We have sea views and, nearby, there's golf, beaches and theme parks. It is a secure and pretty setting, nestling in the foothills just inland from busy Benidorm. The casa overlooks its private lush gardens and 3 interconnected swimming pools.

Our normal holiday prices are below. [BUT, if you want to avoid the cold of northern Europe for a couple of months, we have some very special "Winter-sun" prices from January until April. Rent for just 750 euros per month (minimum 1-2 months). Ask for further details; make an offer; we are flexible.]

The modern property, although small, is practical and functional as well as very pretty.

Downstairs is the main living room (with kitchen), a toilet and laundry-room. French windows lead from the living room to the small private terrace, with lovely views down to the Mediterranean 4kms away. It is a delight all day, but especially so in the late afternoon.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms (a double and twin), a bathroom and toilet. The main bedroom has a French window, which accesses a small balcony at the front of the property. The rear bedroom has views of the gardens and the sea.

Finestrat:
Golf Bahia is about 10 minutes drive from the village of Finestrat, which perches in the hills of the province of Alicante. Make sure you don't miss Finestrat's quaint, unspoiled old centre.

Not far is the bustling beach-side town of Benidorm, where there's excellent shopping, theatre, shows, bars, restaurants and lovely white sandy beaches, flanked by rocky headlands. (Also 10 minutes drive).

Nearby is Paramount's amusement park, Terra Mitica (the Spanish rival to Disneyland). There's also Sea World (Mundo Mar) and many other attractions, such as Terra Natura (a zoo-park) and Aqualandia (a water-park). And golf! - two Jack Nicholson-designed courses and a pitch & putt. Plus a myriad of water sports is available. Inland there are scenic drives through picturesque hill-top villages, rugged hills, narrow passes and wide valleys.

For rock climbers there are excellent destinations nearby in Alicante, Benidorm, Calpe, Xalon and Gandia.

The nearest airport is Alicante, 35 minutes south, served by many low-cost airlines. (Valencia Airport is about 150 km north and served by many "conventional" as well as several low-cost airlines.) Low cost operators include, EasyJet, Thompson, Monarch and, for flights from Heathrow, CLICK.

On the Costa Blanca, car-hire is good and inexpensive e.g. €150+ per week and local companies will arrange delivery and drop-off of your car at either airport. We can guide you to good companies.

At Golf Bahia, you have the advantages of a small development in the style of a Spanish village, easy access via new dual carriageways to golf and two theme parks and yet you are just 5 minutes from the hypermarket (at La Marina Shopping Centre) and 10 minutes from Benidorm itself, with its world-class beaches and fantastic range of attractions. There are three beaches within 10 minutes drive; Levante, Poniente and the cosy Cala Finestrat.
