The balance of the rent must be paid together with a deposit of 500 euros before getting the keys to the house.The deposit will be given back at departure if no damages are been made to the villa.Electricity is free up to 30 euros a week, wich normally is more than enough. To book 25% down the rest at arrival in cash or by banktransfer 3 weeks before arrival.
