The house is ideal for friends to share as it is on two levels and has separate entrances. Upstairs 2 bedrooms,2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room and living room.( the master bedroom has en suite bathroom). Downstairs 2 bedrooms,1 big bathroom with bath and shower,big livingroom and small kitchen. The fifth bedroom has its own entrance by
the garden it has a bathroom,gym and laundry room next to it. There is no neighbours to be seen, the garden and the pool área is totally private. A very quiet street with lots of green waste land belonging to the prince of Saudi Arabia, very close to shops and restaurants. There is a supermarket open 365 days a year from 7 a.m. to 2 a.m. only 5 minutes walk away. The beautiful yacht harbor and its beaches is also within walking distance (20min.) By car 3 min. Quality furniture, safe, alarm, gas, BBQ, TV, outdoor Jacuzzi, table tennis, big private garden with a good sized swimming pool. Very quiet and still so close to Puerto Banús.

Notes
Cleaning upon arrival and departure is included. The balance of the rent must be paid together with a damage deposit of 500 Euros before getting the keys to the villa. The deposit will be refunded on departure day if no damages have been made to the villa. Electricity is free up to 50 Euros a week, which normally is more than enough. Reservation fee 25%, the rest will be paid upon arrival in cash or by bank transfer 3 weeks before arrival.Extra beds can be put in after agreement of extra charge.

Nice house close to the beach

The house is in a great location and the set-up and garden are great, however the inside is a bit dated,and could use some new t.v.'s etc.
