This lovely 3 bedroom apartment is furnished to a high standard with everything you will need for an enjoyable holiday.
The lounge/diner has two sofas, TV, video player, dining table and chairs, ceiling.
Leading from the lounge is the fully equipped kitchen, with cooker, fridge freezer, washing machine and microwave.
The 3 large bedrooms and bathroom also lead from the lounge through a small hallway.
The lovely communal swimming pool and tennis courts are just around the corner.
A good choice of bars, restaurants and supermarket is literally a 2 minute walk away.
There are some wonderful sandy "blue flag" beaches within easy reach of the apartment.

BEACHES
The nearest beaches of Punta Prima, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Mar azul and Caboroig are just 5 minutes drive away.
With many beautiful " Blue Flag" beaches on this coast you can visit a different one each day of your holiday.
To the south of Torrevieja low cliffs protect a continuous series of coves and small sandy beaches.
To the north of the town there are miles of golden beaches backed by pine and palm clad dunes. The area has some of the best Blue Flag beaches and most have facilities such as Volleyball nets and play areas for children.
There are several golf courses within a short drive. The closest being Villamartin, Campoamor and Las GOLF
Ramblas all within a 10 - 15 minute drive away. La Finca golf course is aproximately a 20 minutes drive away.
Torrevieja area / La Florida area
Torrevieja with its marina, beach front promenade, many shops, bars and restaurants is a 10 minute drive away.
For the more energetic there are also 2 Aqua Parks within a short drive.
If you enjoy visiting places of historic interest, the area is steeped with history. Murcia, Alicante and elche are all worth a visit and within a 30 to 40 minute drive away.
Benidorm, witn the world famous Terramitica theme park, is just 1 hour away.
There are many street markets in the area, and for the bargain hunters you can shop at a different market each day of the week. The local market in Playa Flamenca is held on a Saturday.
Visit the new shoping centre just a 10 minute drive away. You will find numerous shops such as C & A, Zara and H & M. There are also many restaurants where you can stop for a cool drink or a cup of coffee. Next to the shopping centre you will find a 10 bowling alley and a casino.
The area offers something for everyone.
