Mijas Pueblo is situated just seven kilometres from the coastal resort of Fuengirola. It is only 20 minutes by car from Malaga airport. The apartment is one of only twenty eight in a new complex just five minutes walk from the centre of Mijas, a “white” Andalusian Pueblo.
Mijas is a popular destination and is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the best of life in Spain. Mijas has managed to keep its traditional feel while having many ameneties. Restaurants are numerous and varied, there is no need to eat any where twice! You can practise your Spanish in the local tapas bar while sampling many culinary delights.
Mijas is conveniently situated between Malaga and Marbella and visits to the historic cities of Sevilla, Cordoba and Granada are simple because of the easy access to the motor way net work just four kilometres away.
The apartment is accessed through a security door directly from the street and it is up a flight of stairs.
The living room / dinning room have north and south facing balconies and a
separate kitchen. There is free to view English satellite TV.
The well equipped kitchen has all the modern conveniences with a dish washer, hob and oven, microwave, washing machine and a large fridge freezer.
There is a small gas BBQ on the north facing balcony.
The all tiled bathroom has a bath with a shower and this is adjacent to the bedroom which has a double bed and access to a third balcony with panoramic views of the coast the Mijas village and the mountains. The bedroom has a ceiling fan and ample wardrobe space.
There is a secure car parking space available which has security entrance gates and access is limited.
The pool and communal sun terrace is on the first floor above the car park. The pool is 1.5 metres deep throughout and has no shallow end. Sun beds are available to relax by the pool or away from the pool on the sun terrace with views to die for.
Bed linen and towels are provided, but not swimming pool towels.
