Pets are not allowed.
Final Cleaning is included.
LONG LET ( min. 6 months) = €1500 / per month + electricity.


Booking Deposit = 30% must be paid to confirm booking by Bank Transfer or credit card.
The balance must be paid in advance by bank transfer or credit card 3 weeks before departure.
