Experience the sunny and quiet location with a fantastic panoramic view of Roses and the largest bay in the Mediterranean. Thanks to its strategic position on the hillside, you can enjoy this unique view from the upper and lower terraces as well as directly from the pool. Inside, you will find a ground floor with three bedrooms, a bathroom with shower/WC and a utility room with washing tower. The spacious first floor offers plenty of room with a living room equipped with a dining table, upholstered suite, satellite TV and a fireplace stove, as well as a fully equipped eat-in kitchen including ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, "Dolce Gusto" coffee machine and toaster. An additional shower/WC and an open terrace complete this floor. The outdoor area is characterised by a rectangular swimming pool, which was replaced in 2020 by a larger one (7.5m long and 4m wide) with water depths of 1.20m to 1.70m, making it particularly family-friendly.
