Stunning Detached Holiday Villa
Fabulous villa with panoramic views. PRIVATE TERRACE WITH POOL. Walk to safe beach and shops. Ideal family holiday accomodation for up to 6. (In winter months we prefer a maximum of 4 people).
This beautiful detached 3/4 BEDROOM VILLA has been recently refurbished to a very high standard. It is in the pretty town of Roses, with wide safe sandy beaches. So it offers an ideal house in an ideal location.
The accommodation is on 2 floors. UPPER FLOOR: the open-plan lounge has a flat sceen TV with Freeview English TV. There are LEATHER SOFAS and PANORAMIC VIEWS over the mountains. There is WIFI. There is an X-Box with games to keep the kids amused
The kitchen diner has all new appliances, DISHWASHER, washing machine, microwave, fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, and oven. The modern, fully tiled bathroom has basin, bath with shower and loo.
There is a double bedroom with MIRRORED FURNITURE, air conditioner, and flat screen TV and patio doors leading onto the rear terrace which has stunning views over the Pyrenese. There is also a twin bedroom with ceiling fan.
On the LOWER FLOOR: a large FAMILY BEDROOM with a kingsize bed and double sofabed. There is a single bedroom off the family room with a singe bed. The marble tiled EN-SUITE shower room with loo and basin, is for the sole use of this floor. There is a microwave, fridge and kettle. This floor has its own separate entrance, patio and garden furniture. Beds can be arranged to suit your needs.
The large front terrace has views over the countryside and the sea. The lagre rear terrace, with a fitness room (exercise cycle and cross trainer) has mountain views and the pool, there is also TABLE FOOTBALL. Both terraces are fully equipped with patio furniture and sun beds. There is a BARRBEQUE. PARKING is in the driveway behind GATES. As this house is in an elevated position, there are some high walls, the owners therefore feel the house is not suitable for very young children.
The LOCATION
The BAY OF ROSES is know for its beautiful sandy beaches, and the hidden coves and bays. Roses can offer a long wide safe beach, ideal for children and several smaller beaches ideal for snorkelling and exploring.
The house is only 10 km from the autoroute, and 45 mins from Girona Airport.
There are many things to do in and around the area.
The AQUA PARK can be reached in 10 mins and is a reasonable price and great day out for all the family, the kids will love it!!!
PORTAVENTURA Theme park is two and a half hours away and is a fantastic place for the family to visit. It is part of the Great Universal co.
