Description of Townhouse:

The house was carefully restored and has all the comfort of modern living. The house is situated in the centre of the village with nearby parking and close to restaurants and shops.

Competa is located one hours drive north east of Malaga. It is a typical Andalucian village of app. 3.500 inhabitants. At 700 metres above sea level, the views are superb surrounded by mountains, countryside and the Mediterranean.

The groundfloor has entrance to a hall, a nice new kitchen and a guest toilet. On the first floor is the master bedroom and a bathroom with a bathtub. Second floor has the the lounge and another bedroom with 2 single beds. Third floor has another room with access to a terrace with stunning views to the mountains and to the coast. On a clear day you can see the Riff Mountains in Africa !

This house is a perfect base for a holiday, you are in the centre of it all and within a few hours drive you can go to the towns of Granada, Cordoba or Sevilla. Lovely sandy beaches on the coast are 20 mins away. Less than a 2 hour drive will take you to the ski-resorts of Sierre Nevada! The area around Competa is well known among walkers as we are close to a exiting national park!
