A private swimming pool is situated at the front of the complex in beautifully landscaped gardens. A lovely terrace extends between the main bedroom and the lounge and faces the pool. It has been furnished with a dining table and 4 chairs and 2 reclining loungers to allow you to relax in comfort. Remote controlled entry gates lead to underground parking and there is lift access to the apartments, our apartment is on the first floor. The luxury leisure facilities of the hotel, swimming pools, gym, paddle tennis and beauty centre are available to residents at a small charge. Nestled int he pines just below the apartment is a magnificent clay court tennis club boasting four courts which can be booked at reasonable rates. Five minutes away is the typically Spanish village of Altea La Vella which has a supermarket, bakery, chemist, bank, restaurants and bars. The busy town of Altea is ten minutes away and boasts a beautiful blue roofed church at the top of the town. The whitewashed old town of Altea has remained untouched by mass tourism and the narrow cobbled streets are lined with restaurants and art shops, wonderful to walk through in the early evening. Close by are the theme parks of Mundomar, Aqualandia and Terra Mitica.
