Villa Los Abetos is a beautiful, spacious 300m2, 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa of the highest quality and comfort. Every room exudes quality from the 4 Large king size bedrooms to the 3 beautifully fitted bathrooms to the large modern kitchen and tranquil pool and gardens. Sleeps 8, fully air conditioned with internet access.
The villa is located in a quiet location next to the established development of San Andres Golf. This is arranged around a Robert Trent Jones Jnr designed “testing but fair” 18 hole golf course. The villa is ten minutes by car from both Conil and Chiclana and a short 10 minute drive to the nearest beaches. The beaches of Roche, Conil, and La Barossa are heralded as the best in Spain and are Blue Flag recognized.
There are several local supermarkets, chemists and restaurants within easy access. Venta Campano, which hosts many special weekend events including flamenco dancing and Barbeques during the summer months is within walking distance.
You enter this villa from the street to a 1,300m2 plot. You then go through a large wooden front door, which leads into the main hall. On the left you have the large living room with three large sofas, a 50” flat screen TV, capable of playing both DVD’s & CD’s along with English, German & Spanish TV. There is a working fire cassette for those cooler Spring & Autumn evenings.
Next on the left there you have a large bedroom with king size bed, large built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables and lamps. This bedroom is adjoined to the central bathroom (Jack and Jill) through it’s own door which is shared with the next bedroom. This bathroom has “his & hers” basins, bath, stand alone shower and bathroom is then linked to the second king size bedroom which has a built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables and lamps.
The next king size bedroom has a built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table and lamps and en-suite bathroom. The en-suite is fitted with a bath with overhead shower, basin & toilet.
At the end of the corridor you come to the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. This bedroom has the comfort of a leather king size bed, walk in wardrobe and flat screen TV. The en-suite bathroom has “his & her” sinks, stand alone shower and toilet. Leading back down the corridor you pass the utility room with washing machine and dryer. Just before the kitchen entrance there is a WC with toilet and basin.
You then enter the beautifully presented open plan kitchen and dining room. The kitchen consists of a large centre breakfast bar which includes an induction ceramic hob. There are two ovens, microwave oven, American style fridge with cold water dispenser, separate freezer with ice dispenser, separate built in wine cooler, coffee machine and an all important dishwasher. The dining room has a solid wood dining table and 8 matching chairs and enjoys views of the front garden and pool area.
Leading out of the two double doors from the kitchen you walk onto the impressive 100m2 pool terrace. There is a large covered terrace which has two soft loungers, dining table and chairs and a gas heated hexagonal table with four soft cushioned chairs for the cooler evenings. This looks out over the 9 x 4m private swimming pool. Here there are a further 4 sun loungers to sit and read or enjoy the sun. To the side of the terrace you then come to an outside bar with fridge and sink and a further sitting area and toilet. There is a large gas BBQ to complete this perfect set up. The villa has off street parking for 4 cars.
The region:
This region remains as it was intended, unspoilt and very traditional. The historic city of Cadiz, Europes oldest inhabited city is only 30 minutes drive away by car. Here you can enjoy the sites and sounds of a vibrant historic city bursting with culture. Jerez and Saville are other regional cities attracting people from around the world to enjoy the local produce and sample life in this historic region of Spain.
Once you have sampled city life you can relax on some of europe´s best beaches. Many are blue flag and have the security of life guards. Inland from the coast you will discover unspoilt countryside stretching for miles and dotted with old white villages. A region, truly for everyone.
Chiclana / La Barossa area
The old town of Chiclana is 6 kms from the beaches of Barrosa and is a great place to visit to buy fresh local produce including fish, meat and vegetables and then enjoy a coffee in one of it´s many narrow streets.
The beaches of Barrosa are the envy of the region and extend for 7 kms. White sand, backed by sand dunes and pine trees they extend to rocky points and wrap around to the estuary and marina of Sancti Petri. Here you can eat and drink or enjoy the activities arranged by the watersports centre or go for a boat ride around Hercules Island.
