Marvellous 4 bedroom villa, with private pool, near Xativa ( Town of a Thousand Fountains ).
Accommodation and Location
The villa is situated in a very quiet residential area, surrounded by a fertile landscape of trees and exotic plants. This large detached house has four double bedrooms (one en suite bathroom) and one separate bathroom. There is a large sitting/dining room and a modern kitchen with excellent facilities (microwave and conventional cookers, large fridge/freezer etc.).
Nearby, in the grounds of the villa, you will find a separate small guest house which is currently being used as the laundry with a washing machine and additional toilet facilities.
The town of Xativa
Xativa is a handsome and comfortable Spanish town. The main street consists of a boulevard of lush trees providing a natural canopy for the numerous fashionable shops, cafes and bars. The town also boasts a magnificent medieval castle fringing the surrounding hills and the villa enjoys a stunning view of this architectural gem from its castellated roof terrace. Xativa is authentic Spain and the nearby restaurant of Montsant will provide you with delicious local cuisine at very reasonable prices.

Should you wish to visit the seaside the attractive coastal town of Gandia with its immaculate beach and colourful nightlife is about 30 minutes drive away.
Travel arrangements
Since Xativa is located about midway between Valencia and Alicante, you can fly to either airport and enjoy the short drive (less than one hour) to Xativa.
Other useful information
A non refundable deposit of 20% of the total fee will be required to secure your booking and the balance will be requested 8 weeks before your arrival date. The villa has a manager who lives a short distance away. He will guide you to your holiday home, provide you with a welcome food pack and will be available, by phone, for any emergencies. He will also be pleased to advise you about any sporting or cultural activities that may be happening in the area.
The villa also has electric fans in every room, a television,DVD, BBQ, books, games, a high chair, and childrens swings.
Xativa Tourist Info is at Albereda Jaume I, 50 and the opening times are: 10am-2.30pm Tues to Fri. 10am-2.00pm Sat & Sun (closed on Monday).
A refundable security deposit of £150 will be requested when you receive the keys to the villa.
The pool is not in use during the winter months ( March inc.).
Rental periods are usually Sat to Sat, but odd dates,during off season,may be possible.
