Lovely villa in L'Ametlla de Mar , 3 bedrooms , private pool and garden.
Villa Melich offers 500 m of private garden and a large private swimingpool 7 x 3. Sunbeds are available for our clients and lovely build barbequea.

Air conditioning available in every bedroom and livingroom paying extra charge of 60.-€

The house surface is 130 m2 divided in 2 diferent floors:

The house Villa Melich offers 3 doble bedrooms with 1 doblebeds and 4 singlebeds. The wide livingroom has a nice TV, direct acces to the pool and a large sofa bed.
2 Complete bathrooms and complete kitchen with frigo, freege , microwave, washing machine and dishwasher.
There is a supermarket, restaurants and small comercial centre from the residencial area just 500 mts from the house.
The pool sice is 7 x 3

The house offers TV Satellite with international channels.
The house is located in Tres Calas; a lovely residential area in Ametlla de Mar, just 3 km from the centre and port of Ametlla de Mar and 1.5 km from the beach.

GUARANTEE - DEPOSIT

A guarantee will be taken on the arrival date(in cash) and returned the last day.

Guarantee amounts : 300.-€ .

CHECK IN & CHECK OUT

- The check-in will be between 16 to 19 hrs. Exceptions are only possible in case of previous warning.
- The check-out will be from 8 to 10.
- Check in after 20:00 hrs will have a extra payment of 60.-€

RESERVATIONS

After reservation we will sent an email with our banking details and the contract. Reservations should be finalised by down payment of 30% of the rent by bank transfer. Signed contract should be send by post, email or fax. You can make the payment of the 30% by bank transfer or by credit card in our website
