Welcome to Costa Tropical,which has the warmest climate in Europe, to our new peaceful holiday apartment. The apartment is newly build and is within a recently renovated Villa in the popular seaside town of La Herradura. The apartment is ideal for two persons and is
bautifully decorated with a full living room, american style kitchen, bathroom and double bedroom. The living room has a TV, Radio and CD player. American style fully fitted kitchen with gas cooker, fridge/freezer,oven, microwave,toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher and under floor heating. Large double Bedroom with bed linen and bathroom with shower and towels and under floor heating. Large storage room wtih washing machine.

The views from the apartment are to the landscaped tropical gardens, with various exotic fruit trees, and to the famous bay of La Herradura. Nearby is a large communal pool (25x25) and two tennis courts with a restaurant.

La Herradura is easily accesible and is only an hours drive from Malaga airport on the A-7 motorway. La Herradura has a large selection of restaurants and bars, mostly situated on the picturesque sea front and sandy 2.5 km long
beach. A further beach is located in affulent Marina del Este which also has it´s own Yacht Marina and various little private romantic swimming bays. The nearest towns which offer further shopping facilites are in Almunecar(5km)Nerja(12km). La Herradura offers a wide variety of activities from swimming, diving, paragliding,fishing, sailing and wind surfing. There are also two golf courses nearby, one in Salobrena (15km), and one in Baviera near Velez Malaga (24km).

La Herradura is also ideally located for day trips to the famous city of Granada and Alhambra, The Alpujarras and Sierra Nevada, and Ubeda and Baeza which are Spains most famous reneissance cities.

Price €350 per week plus €40 for cleaning. A €100 deposit is payable at the time of booking. Car parking in front of the gated villa. Strictly no smoking and no pets allowed.

The host family speaks fluent, English, German, Spanish, Swedish and Finnish.

This little village is probably the most spectacular and special place on the coast Andalucia, with its beautiful nature, mountains and the sea. Well worth a visit. My passion is our tropical garden and the various exotical flowers and fruit trees with something always blossoming courtesy to the incredible climate.
