Beautiful apartament with stuning views over the sea,located just in front of the spectacular sandy creek of "Cala Llobeta" with cristaline water and surrounded by pines and tipically Mediterranean vegetation . Perfect for intimate peaceful holidays. In Cala LLobeta you won't find large avenues with shops or restaurats, this is a place to rellax en enjoy the summer and the nature to the fullest. Just 4 km away you will find L'Ametlla de Mar, a lovely tipical Mediterranean village with good restaurants and warm hospitality.
It has a spectacular natural wooden terrace (120 m2) nicely iluminated at night, with two big canopies,table for 10 people, jacuzzi (4 people),2 sunbeds and chill out corners that will be able to experience magic sensations under the moon, there is also communal swimminpool. The Chill out inside terrace, with 2 sofa's, table and special soft light to make the night's unforgetable.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 doblebed and the other with 2 single beds,also has one sofa bed.
There is complete bathroom with shower, and one toilet outside on the terrace.
Washing machine,dishwasher,fridge,oven and air conditioning is available all around the apartment.
There are only about 40 steps to go down the beautiful beach.

This apartment is located in CALAFAT, it’s a residential area in L’Ametlla de Mar. Calafat is a small Residential area, 3.5 km from his village Ametlla de Mar, very quite and peaceful place, but you can find there all the necessary amenities: supermarket ( 5min walking), good restaurant ( 50 mts far),marine,scuba diving, tennis, paddle,…..and beatifull virgin beaches (creeks).There are no skyscrapers or long beaches crowded with golden sandy beaches are the stars of our coastline where the scent of pine tress caresses the water.
It’s ideal for people who wants to escape from their stressfull live’s,people looking for peaceful location with a very relaxing atmosphere, ideal for couples and families,….
Only 5 km to the south you will find L’Atmella de Mar, it’s a picturesque seaside town know for it’s wonderfull coves and landscapes with still keeps it’s fishing tradition of gastronomy based on the shellfish and fish as gained international will find there multiple restaurants and nice people.
Going to the south (around 30km far) you can find the spectacular nationat park of Delta del Ebro.
Costa Dorada offers everything for your holidays whether it is sport, culture, dining experiences, amusement parks or shopping. Barcelona it’s about 130 km far and the nearest airport it’s 40 km far.. You can play golf in the international known Club Golf BonMont. Major amusement parks like Port Aventura, as well as Aquapolis and Karting can be found only 35 km ..
