Contains 4 bedrooms (sleep 8), 3 bathrooms with showers, fully fitted kitchen and living room. Floor heating and A/C. For use all year round (325 sunny days). The house is totally renovated in 2007.

The house is situated in La Cala de Mijas, and old fishing village between Fuengirola and Marbella. There is a small grocer around the corner and 10 min. walk to supermarkets and other shops. There is market in the village twice a week (Wed. and Sat.) where you could buy practically everything, clothes, shoes, etc. Especially vegetables could be recommended. About 30 restaurants in the city, 4-5 within 2 min. walking distance. A fish restaurant located at the beach 100 m from the house in the summer period (Apr.-Oct.).

Activities in the area: 20-30 golf lanes within 30 min. drive. There are playgrounds and the Mediterranean 40 meters from the house. Equipment for diving and surfing can be rented in the neighbourhood. There are several historical “White Villages” in the area, some of the best known are Mijas and Ronda. There are several mountains further up in the country (about 5 km) where one could hike or climb. In the winter period (Dec.-Mar.) you could ski in Sierra Nevada, 200 km away. For children: The zoo, water complex, delfinario, Tivoli etc. etc.

Transport: Plain to Malaga airport. From there 30 min. by car to the house. Car can be rented in the airport.
