Penthouse appartment in the La Recoleta complex at Punta Prima.
The property is new and the surroundings are nice and quiet. The appartment has two terraces: a balcony about 16m2 and a big terrace (solarium) about 50m2. Both have sun all day and a fantastic view to the Mediterranean and along the coast.
Inside the appartment has kitchen connected with the dining room and livingroom, 2 bedrooms, all air-conditioned. There is 2 bathrooms with floor heating: one with full mirrored double sinks and a screened tub and the other with single mirrored sink and a screened shower.
La Recoleta is situated only 300 m from the nice sandy beach of Punta Prima. And in the area there are many bays also with nice and sandy beaces. If you prefer swimming pool just step outside the building and into the nice pool
Only 10 minutes walk you reach the main street with restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and more.
By car you reach Torrevieja within 10 minutes. It is an old seaport with many attractions. The bordwalk by the harbour is very popular, where theres is restaurants and cafes side by side. And everyday and evenings during the week you can find the Spanish traditional markets.
