A sunny South facing private terrace is perfect for dining and relaxing while admiring the views.
The group of apartments are set in well maintained gardens with 2 swimming pools, seperate child pools, play area, restaurant, pool bar,private garages
-Two bedrooms,1 with a double bed and one with twin beds,both with fitted wardrobes and ample storage.
A cot is available on request at no extra charge.
-The bathroom is fully tiled and has a full size bath,bidet,w,c .shower and vanity unit
-The lounge- diner is comfortably furnished with 2 comfy sofas,Sat. tv/dvd ,dining table and chairs.
-The kitchen is fully equipped and has the best Sea views while washing -up !
-The lounge patio doors lead to the Lovely balcony that overlooks the main pool, Sea,Natural park country side.
There are 2 sunloungers , patio dining table and chairs
for 4 .
Ideal to sit and admire the stunning views breakfast to Dinner.
-There is a secure car park ,accessed with a security key fob issued with apartment keys
-Also have access to a Huge shared rooftop terrace for the stunning views,sunbathing.

The modern appartment where we stayed in Nerea was absolutely beautiful ! We were overlooking the pool which always rather (we always had a place). Everything in the appartement was fine, the people we hired where very helpful, gave lots of info etc. There is a large terrace with stunning views !
The appartement isn't far of the beautiful town and (beach) Peniscola where a lot of shops are.
Food and drinks are cheap in and around the city.
We have had a wonderfull vacation !
TIP : if you go there, be shore to visite the beautifull lake and dam 'La Tinença benifassa' near Vinaros. (swimming, pedal boat, enjoy...)

Spent 2 beautiful weeks here We had a perfect holiday! clean apartment, beautiful view, nice with the air-con and the restaurant and bar near by. The two pools also great for smaller kids. Peniscola is a great place to visit, and the apartment is a bit outside town, so there is absolutely quiet.
The host are very kind and helpful. We'll absolutely come back :-)

This is the best apartment we could hope to stay in ,even better then Home.
We had a long drive and after a warm welcome we soon settled .The restaurant and 2 pools are all that we could need and the views from the balcony are breathtaking.
