The sunny South facing private terrace is perfect for dining and relaxing while admiring the views.
The group of apartments are set in well maintained gardens with 2 swimming pools, seperate child pools, play area, restaurant, pool bar,private garages


-Two bedrooms,1 with a double bed and one with twin beds,both with fitted wardrobes and ample storage.
A cot is available on request at no extra charge.
-The bathroom is fully tiled and has a full size bath,bidet,w,c .shower and vanity unit
-The lounge- diner is comfortably furnished with 2 comfy sofas,Sat. tv/dvd ,dining table and chairs.
-The kitchen is fully equipped and has the best Sea views while washing -up !
-The lounge patio doors lead to the Lovely balcony that overlooks the main pool, Sea,Natural park country side.
There are 2 sunloungers , patio dining table and chairs
Ideal to sit and admire the stunning views breakfast to Dinner.
-There is a secure car park ,accessed with a security key fob issued with apartment keys
-Also have access to a Huge shared rooftop terrace for the stunning views,sunbathing.

If booking is for 5 people there is an added charge of 35E

-Key/damages bond of 100E/£ cash on arrival - returned in cash on day of departure

-Arrival time is usually from 2-8pm. and departure by 10 am.

We moved to this stunning area of Spain in 2006.
As a family we have many holidays over the years in Europe ,USA,Caribbean and often preffered to
stay in private holiday rentals.
We started in the 1980,s before internet advertising, when all you had was a photos in a magazine and the keys and directions came in the post !
We have 4 holiday rentals in Peniscola.3 of which we own .The service we provide is to a standard of what we would wish from a holiday rental property.

Like home from home but with the sun

From start to finish Amanda and David are very professional. On your arrival they will answer any questions, and make you aware of sites to visit, places to eat. The description of the apartment,facilities, and surrounding area are spot on. The stars we have indicated clearly shows the standard of this rental, and as a result we have again booked it for May 2012. I would recommend a vehicle, for the transfer from airport to apartment, but also for trips to the resort. It is ideal for families, couples, but l would not recommend for people with difficulty in climbing steps, as there are two flights

Well equipped apartment

Lovely clean and well equipped apartment and the pool and poolside restaurant are great. I would recommend a car because its a long walk into the centre and the road was very busy with no footpath. The bus service was excellent and very cheap and also reliable! Peniscola is a vibrant town with something for everyone.
