Large and marvellous ground floor apartment, in Cala Molí, with a nice covered terrace with folding awnings, and a private garden, with sea views. A lovely place for outdoors dinners.
Large and bright dinning-living room, with a ceiling fan, and direct access to the terrace and garden.
Main bedroom with king-size bed, and shower room in suite.
A bigger bedroom with a king-size bed and a truckle bed.
Another double bedroom with 2 single beds.
It has another complete shower room.
Independent kitchen with dishwasher. Independent utility room with washing machine.
Communal swimming-pool.

Renters can use and enjoy the installations of the Tennis Club Coves Noves (swimming-pool, multisportive courts...)

Cala Molí is at 1km. from Coves Noves and Arenal den Castell beach where you can find all services: supermarket, shops, rent-a-car office,...
Arenal den Castell beach is famous by its white sand and its horseshoe-shape, a fantastic and friendly beach.

Macaret is a tipical fishing village, with a little cala,ideal for children, at 1km from the apartment.
Port Addaia is at 2km, a sport harbour, essential for the sea and sailing lovers.
The Golf Son Parc is at 8km. from Coves Noves.
