Holiday apartment for rent in Los Alcazares

Our apartment is a luxury 2 bed, 1 bath apartment in the exclusive Albatros Residential development in the town of Los Alcazares on the Costa Calida.
The apartment will sleep 4 comfortably and up to 6 occasionally using the sofa bed in the lounge. It is fully air-conditioned and centrally heated and benefits from SKY TV and DVD player in the lounge along with dining for 6 and a fully fitted separate kitchen with washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave and oven & hob.

Weve even provided a shopping trolley for trips to the local supermarket, a cool box for on the beach and a pushchair for those with tired little ones.

The apartment is tastefully decorated throughout and is on the second floor of the complex, which is easily accessed via the lifts.

Notes
Prices are per week, for parties of up to 4 people and are inclusive of a pre-arrival clean, all bed linen, towels, (except beach towels – please bring your own) and electricity. The air-conditioning system is metered at the low cost of only 1 euro for 2 hours.

There is a £25 per person, per week supplement, for parties in excess of 4 people.

Terms & Conditions of Booking

The property is presented for rental as a non-smoking apartment. For the benefit of other holidaymakers, any smokers that rent the property are politely asked to respect this and not smoke inside the apartment itself.

Prices are per week and a non-refundable deposit of £75 per week is payable upon booking to secure the dates required, with the remaining balance to be paid no less than 8 weeks prior to departure.

A further security deposit of £75 is also payable 8 weeks prior to departure. This will be returned to you in full after your holiday subject to there being no damage or breakages during your stay at the apartment, and the safe return of your keys to the key-holder.

Any guests who leave the apartment in an unfit state after their holiday, risk having the cost of any deep cleaning deemed necessary by our keyholders to return the apartment to its normal pristine condition, deducted from their security deposit.
