The building and the apartment are new. It has a big lift and it gives you direct access inside the apartment. It is located to 100m of the beach and the marine stroll and the area is very nice, the street and the apartment are very quiet, without noises.
It has a nice and comfortable living area with a very big double sofa bed, dining table for four persons and a kitchen with all what you may need for a pleasant stay. There is one bedroom with two singles beds and one full bathroom with shower.
It is located on “The Barceloneta” district in Ciutat Vella (carrer Alcanar 31-33). It is to 20 minutes walking of The Ramblas. The bus-stop is in front of the apartment and it takes about 10 minutes until The Ramblas. The subway is to 8 minutes walking (line 4, yellow, Barceloneta station).

Great apartment and loved the area!

This apartment was a great choice for me and my father when visiting Barcelona; great location in cosy Barceloneta close to supermarkets, the beach, restaurants, internet cafe, taxis, metro, and turist sites. We had a lovely stay and Estansis was very helpful with giving "insider" tips on places to eat and places to go. Apartment was very nice and clean and had everything that we could possibly need! I will definately be back!
