Villa Diamante is a newly constructed villa set in the prestigious La Capellania urbanisation just 3 kilometres from the old white Andalucian village of Benalmadena Pueblo. The accommodation is truly luxury and no expense has been spared on the fixtures and fittings of this beautiful, private villa.
Access to the villa is by remote controlled electric gates to the front drive and garage, giving privacy and security. There is a safe for your valuables.
The ground floor has a spacious living area of open plan design having also the dining area and fully fitted kitchen. The living room has a glass-fronted log burning chimney for winter warmth. On this level there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has patio doors on to the large terrace which has stunning sea views. Bedroom three has pation doors on to the garden and barbecue area with feature waterfall. There are steps down to the private gardens and pool. The pool itself has a sliding cover so it stays really warm through the winter months. On this lower level is the apartment which has its own living area, two bedrooms and a shower villa has air conditioning and cream marble floors.
There is a shopping centre just a couple of minutes away and this has a Carrefour supermarket, a bank, newsagents/ booksellers, dry cleaners, tapas bar/café, internet café, superb Indian restaurant and International bar and restaurant.
Mijas is about 15 minutes drive or you can take the bus by the shopping centre. The aquaparks at Fuengirola and Torremolinos are about 10 minutes by car with Malaga being about 20 minutes by train. Malaga is a beautiful city with its harbour, cathedral and, of course, the world-famous Picasso museum.

Notes
Villa will be cleaned to the highest standard prior to your arrival. A deposit is payable at the booking stage (€200 for 1st. week and €100 for each subsequent week) with balance due six weeks prior to arrival. A refundable damages deposit with the blance and this will be refunded within 21 days of departure subject to inspection of villa.
