-Area One: 2 bedrooms (for 6 people)1 bedroom with 1 doble bed and 1 bedroom with 1 doble bed and 1 bunk, 2 complete bathrooms (with bathtub), full equipped kitchen, big living room with TV,sofa bed, terrace furniture, washing machine, fridge, freezer, oven and dinning table.
-Area two: is located in the other part of the house, totally independent and composed by 2 doblerooms (with 2 doblebeds) and one complete bathroom (with bathtub), both with a views over the swimmingpool .
Next to the swimmingpool you will find terrace furniture, luxury sunbeds, covered table and chairs to have lunch. There is also a barbecue.
The garden surface is 800 m2, ideal for families with children

The property is located in 3 Calas, a Residencial area, surrounded by pines and vegetation, where you will find one of the latest virgin coast in the Mediterranean. There are numerous beautiful golden sandy beaches and they are the stars of our coastline where the scent of pine trees caresses the crystal clear water.
At 450 mts from the Villa you will find a supermarket and the commercial town of L’Atmella de Mar in around 4 km far way and it’s international well-known for the gastronomie, restaurants and hospitality.
