Located directly at the beach and the lovely promenade with its bars, restaurants and cafés. The penthouse-duplex has been stylishly renovated with a modern touch throughout.

It offers fantastic views, lots of sun, a large sunterrace, 4 Double bedrooms, spacious living-dining- room with SAT TV, big balcony, fully fitted kitchen and 3 bathrooms. AC +/- in every room.

Free car park nearby. Highly recommended all year round.

The appartment is about 25km away from the capital, Palma, where there are great shopping facilities. There are 4 big waterparks on the island, all within 30 min. driving distance. New on the island is an aquarium. When requested we could be of service in either car of bike hire, or if need be we could offer an airport transfer, baby-sitting, cartering, and we have good connections with a golf organisation. We live in Sóller ourselves, and will therefore show you the appartment, and will be available for questions etc. during your stay here.
