This beautiful villa is situated in one of the best residential areas of Chiclana, just a few minutes’ walk from the marina of Sancti Petri and the Blue Flag beaches of La Barrosa and the restaurants and tapas bars of this little beach village.
Just 8 mins from the centre of Chiclana with its traditional daily market selling everything from the freshest fish to meat and vegetables.
The villa is ideal for either one large family or two separate families wanting to spend their holidays together and a great place to base yourself for easy access to the beaches and other local towns and cities just waiting to be explored.

This is a no smoking villa but feel free to smoke on the terraces and gardens.
