Large elegant villa in the hills of Moriara with beautiful sea views and spacious modern accomodation. The pool is set with rocks and plateaus great for children to play, there is also a waterfall. ON the pool terrace is a shower, a pergola for shade and plenty of lounging and seating areas. The openplan living and dining area has sat tv dvd player and air con.There is an American style kitchen with dishwasher and all mod cons.There is a guest washroomon this floor and a snug which has a single bed for a 9th person if necessary. On the lower (poolside) floor are 4 double and one twin which share a bathroom, the double has a balcony which looks over the pool The other double room has doors to a glazed naya overlooking the pool and the fourth is a twin room with balcony, these two bedrooms share a bathroom with a corner bath. On this floor is alos a games room with football table,sat tv, dvd and playstation for your entertainment. The villa is in easy reach of the bars, restaurants and beaches of Moraira in a quiet residential area. The sea views are beautiful and you can see the famous Ifach rock. ON the upper floor above the living accomodation is a sun terrace and bbq with great views

I live in Spain all year round apart from a few weeks in winter when I travel through France to England with my cocker spaniel for my holiday. I love living in Spain and when I am not working (and sometimes in between) I love to swim in the azure sea and have a cooling drink at the beach bar. My villas are all in Javea/Moraira area and I know all villas and my owners very well so you can book with security.
