Welcome to our delightful villa in the heart of the Axarquia. In a tranquil setting, with views of the Alcaucin valley and Mount Maroma, we are in an ideal position, a short drive will take you to the myriad of bars and restaurants in the close by 'white villages' of La Vinuela, Puente Don Manuel and Alcaucin. All this; whilst still being only fifteen minutes from the busy Mediterranean costal resort of Torre Del Mar.

We have a fenced and gated garden that is totally secure, a lovely pool with large Roman steps making entry and exit very easy. The pretty garden has year round appeal, especially when the orange and lemon blossom is in flower, a covered terrace from where to admire it, and the spectacularly colourful sunsets as the sun goes down on the mountain. This is a wonderful place for that relaxing family holiday.

Notes
Large master bedroom with double bed, built-in wardrobes and air-conditioning. Bedroom 2 is furnished with extremely comfortable twin single beds, built-in wardrobes and air-conditioning.
All baby equipment; cots etc. are available at extra cost.
En-suite bathroom to master bedroom with walk-in shower, wash hand basin and wc.
Family bath room has a shower over the bath, wash hand basin and wc.
The modern open plan kitchen/diner is fully equipped, granite topped work surfaces, dining table for four, large fridge and freezer, oven and grill, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee machine, juicer and dishwasher and washing machine.
All rooms have access from the lounge, there is also a book case with a selection of books for your enjoyment.
Due to airline luggage restrictions, linen and all towels, including ones for the pool are provided, the villa is properly cleaned prior to occupation and again in accordance with length of stay. Additional cleaning provided as required, subject to charge.
Being on the one level means our villa is suitable for the elderly or infirm, although there are some steps around the garden and terraces.
Wrought iron gates lead in to a private parking area, the pool is not overlooked, and around the pool there are plenty of sunbeds, tables, chairs and sun shades, with space for the children to play. The gardens are superbly maintained and fully stocked with fragrant flowers and shrubs. There are 2 very good local golf courses, both having spectacular views as you play. Baviera is 20 minutes drive and Anoreta is 30 minutes. We have several sets of right-handed clubs, tees and balls available for hire.
We are about 95 minutes drive away from the ski slopes of the Sierra Nevada, the slopes are suitable for skiers of all levels of skill and experience, but you do not have to ski to have an excellent day out. There are separate free sledging runs for the children to enjoy, with sledges for hire at a few euros. The ski village is also a very good place to visit in the summer with mountain bike hire available.

Notes
Please note; For stays of less than one week, we will charge an extra night to cover overheads.

Prices are in GB£s per week but can be paid in €uros at that days exchange rate, A Rental Agreement will be emailed to you and bookings will be confirmed upon payment of a 25% non-refundable deposit with the remainder to be paid in full 6 weeks before your holiday start date. Complimentary welcome packs will be provided with each arrival of a week or more and a ‘full shop’ can be pre-ordered by email, at cost, plus a €25 surcharge. We will require a €150 refundable security deposit, returnable on the day of departure subject to a final clean and inspection. We offer a 10% discount for bookings of two weeks or more outside of the summer season.
The villa is thoroughly cleaned prior to occupation and again in accordance with length of stay, this is included within the rental guests arriving and departing the villa between the hours of 00.01-00.70 there will be a surcharge of €30.
