La Zenia beach (Orihuela Costa- Costa Blanca)- Luxury 2 bedroomed duplex

This luxury spacious ground floor 2 bedroom duplex with large sun terrace, has air con installed for your comfort. Located in the pretty residential Sol Ros urbanization of La Zenia, is only a couple of minutes walk to the beach in the popular area of La Zenia on the Orihuela Costa Blanca. Entrance is via a sun terrace and into the spacious lounge and dining room where there are comfortable settee, easy chair, dining table and 4 place settings. There is a Sky digital TV system installed for your entertainment. The galley style kitchen is very well equipped with fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave and washing machine. Both the double and twin bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. The family bathroom with storage space has full bath with over shower, basin, bidet and toilet. The residents private swimming pool which is only a few steps away is set in grassed gardens and is a fabulous place to meet others. There are tables, chairs and sun loungers for your use to relax, sunbathe and dine outdoors.

Orihuela Costa provides a vibrant nightlife with many entertainers working along the coastal resorts with its wide range of pubs and restaurants to meet all tastes. Almost beside Sol Ros is the Orihuela Sport Resort complex; that offers a wide variety of sport activities and or if you prefer relaxation is their specialty!
There are many local beach resorts along the Orihuela coast and all have been awarded the blue flag in recognition of high quality. Within walking distance is the fantastic beach at La Zenia and the very popular Cala Capitan beach at Cabo Roig. La Zenia itself is in the heart of the Orihuela Costa with its abundance of shops, restaurants and bars all on your doorstep and you are just a short journey from the vibrant Cabo Roig, the popular Flamenca Beach commercial centre and the Villamartin Plaza. The main town of Torrevieja is a 15 minute drive away and every evening you will find an abundance of small market stalls along the front. . A short drive takes you to the 3 superb golf courses at Villamartin, Las Ramblas, and Royal Campoamor with its newly built sports complex. Costa Blanca is fast becoming a great place to come for family entertainment and to play golf with 25 five courses.

Notes
€120 deposit will secure the booking with the balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to holiday.
If booked less than 8 weeks prior to arrival then full payment is required.

A €60 charge is payable locally on arrival which covers laundry & final cleaning of the apartment. This fee is per booking, regardless of length of stay or number of people.

A refundable security/cleaniness deposit of 100 euro is charged incase of accidental damage or breakage. This will be returned at the end of your holiday as soon as the keys are returned and the apartment inspected.
