Apartment and Penthouse have 2 large bedrooms with build inn wardrobes, 2 bathrooms and a large balcony.
The kitchen is modern. The living room is large.
There is a nice communal swimming pool. The Penthouse has an additional roof terrace. All apartments have sea view and can be reached through a staircase or the lift.

Environment:
About 5 minutes walk is the beautiful sandy beach of Cala Anguila. A bit further are the sandy beaches of Cala Mendia and Cala Romantica.
The apartments are about 3 km from the old port town Porto Cristo.

Booking notes
20% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit payable at time of booking. Balance required 6 weeks before travel (by cash, cheque or bank transfer). An additional €100 must be paid on location to the manager as security against breakages etc. This will not be cashed (unless willful/substantial damage to apartment, loss of keys/gate remote or willful disregard to community regulations) and will be returned after apartment is vacated and checked. When damage exceeds the amount of the deposit, the actual damage is recovered. For late bookings, full payment required at time of booking.
Bookings of one week and longer, final cleaning of towels and bed linen are included. Booking shorter than 7 day there is a contribution for end cleaning €55,--
