Comfortable and completely arranged house with a large veranda, a wide terrace and a nice garden. There is enought place in the house for around ten persons. There are five cosy bedrooms wich are very comfortable. The house is located in a very nice and quiet area. The closet city is Palamos wich is 4km away. The house is located in a way thats in a very natural area but very close to cities and beaches. The closet sea is 5mn away by car and accesable by walking. Its a perfect place if you have children because the house is surrounded by a fence. There are a few catalans restaurants to enjoy the food, a tennis court and a pool very close too. A few golf areas are very close too.

Notes
When u want to reserve the house you have to pay 50% of the price in order to confirm the reservation and the rest has to be paid one week before your arrival.
There is a caution of 400 euros which will be paid back on your departure if no damaged has been done to the house.

The heating costs are not included in the renting price and it is turned on only for the period lasting from the 19-09-2009 to the 24-04-2010
