The property is suited for independant couples/families wanting a relaxing holiday in a quieter part of the Costa del Sol. Furnished to a high standard with two private south facing terraces with sun all day long. The gated complex, set by the pine forests of Mijas on a beautiful stretch of Mediterranean coast between Marbella and Malaga. The grounds are landscaped with palm trees, colourful shrubs and two communal pools make this place ideal for families or couples. The right choice for sunshine, blue skies, good temperatures all year and only twenty minutes from Malaga airport.

Where you have .....
fantastic views of the mountains and sea, the secluded beach is only a five-minute walk away. There are several local friendly bars restaurants, including Thai, Chinese, Indian, Spanish and a traditional fish and chips, also two general stores and a chemist. For golfers El Chapparal is an 18-hole award-winning course next door. Los Amigos beach club opposite has evening entertainment, bars, restaurant and a pizza place. There is also the Hipodromo de Mijas, the only race course on the Costa del Sol, just a 15-minte drive away.There are two new shopping complexes in Fuengirola just 3 km away.

Nearby, La Cala and Fuengirolla are just a 5-min drive and offer everything major holiday resorts provide. Frequent and cheap bus services to Malaga, Marbella and Fuengirola. There is an Agua (Water) park, zoo and crocodile park in Fuengirola whilst Benalmadena offers Tivoli world, cable car to the top of the mountain and the spectacular garden, together at the marina, snorkelling, fishing, scuba diving just to name a few other activities. "Mijas pueblo" the local popular Spanish white village set in the mountain side, with spectacular views and donkey rides are all regular "musts" to be visited.
