Casa Margarita is situated in a new built residencial complex of semi-detached houses, just a few meters from the beach of "Fuente del Gallo"and the wind-protected bay called "Cala de Puntalejos" , just behind the Hotel "Flamenco" - you cannot live closer to the beach!

Within approx. 5-8 minutes by car you reach the village of Conil, very close there is a small supermarket for daily life, two restaurants and in the shop of the Hotel Flamenco you can buy foreign newspapers. It is an ideal holidayhouse to relax and get away from everyday life, just a few meters from the seaand perfect for walks or excursions by bike in the surrounding. The house has just been finished to be furnished and decorated - everything is brand new and this year is the first year of renting the house.

The house has been used until now by their owners as their holiday residence and therefore is equipped higher-than-average and has a georgous andpersonal decoration. The neigbour-houses are rarely occupied and all owners of the community careabout a respectful and quite live-together.
