This charming villa is situated in the spanish town of La Campana in Nueva Andalucia, just 5 mins from Puerto Banus and 10 mins from Marbella.

The property is traditional in style and very comfortable with 3 double bedrooms and a nice sitting area that overlooks the terrace and swimming pool.

This property boasts beautiful outside areas with 2 seperate dining areas and a fully fitted Bar and BBQ area next to the swimming pool.

The village has everything you would need and there are more than 20 great restaurants, tapas bars and supermarkets all within walking distance.

The town is more traditionally spanish than the nearby areas of Aloha and Las Brisas so you will find the prices much more reasonable than you would eating in Marbella center or Puerto Banus on an local restaurants offer excellent "menu del dia" which is a 3 course lunch for only €10, Il Ristorante is a nearby restaurant with a retired michelin star chef that offers fantastic lunch menus for less than €15.

The golf valley is only a 5 mins drive and here you can visit Aloha Golf, Los Naranjos Golf, la Quinta and Las Brisas golf clubs. These are some of the best courses on the Costa del Sol and a must for any golfer.

Puerto Banus is only a few kilometers away and could be walked in 10 or 15 mins. You can visit some of the best shops and restuarants here and there is a fantastic Sandy beach at Plaza Playa.

This is a charming little property for those who wish to experience a little bit of Spain as well as having the benefit of the main attractions nearby.

Villa Review

We enjoyed our stay at this villa, the owner was quite helpful, and very responsive to any questions or queries asked. I.e. 2 sun chairs broke on the first day, and the owner replaced them that day. The Villa was in a beautiful location, nice community, gorgeous restaurants - Bull and grape & Indian were amazing! Also the people were friendly. Only 10 minutes taxi [8 euro] to Puerto Banus & near Marbella also. But the restaurants in the area are so nice you dont need to leave. The Villa pool area was a great size, Sky TV, 2 Fridges, and the bedrooms were a good size for our group of 5 adults. The only thing I could fault about this villa is that there is no air conditioning or safety box. Although there is plenty of fans it does get hot. I would stay at this villa again, had a great experience :)
