Small holiday complex of 1 and 2 bedroom apartments privately owned and managed, rented directly to our clients. It is set in one of the areas of Gran Canaria with the best climate all year round, sunny and with little wind.
The apartment has a big terrace and ample garden with the most amazing views of the ocean and the coast towards the west. It is within walking distance of all kind of services.
Big comfortable kitchen and living room with TV.
Ideal for a family holiday as the garden is private.
The two bedrooms are ample enough to add beds and/or cot if necessary.

Bedding, towels and all kitchenware are provided as well as terrace furniture and sun roof.

What will especially attract you is the peace and quiet you will enjoy in the area while you are near to all the facilities.
If you like walking or cycling there are lots of country roads on the hills around the area and well prepared walkways along the coast.

The roads north to Mogan or South to Maspalomas are a well used training course for cyclists, professional or not.

We have extra space to keep your sports material safely locked away.

The complex has private parking spaces at the entrance for our residents.
