Villa Benedicte is a superb villa located in an upmarket area of the Old Town in Puerto del Carmen. It has a gated entry phone system and room within the grounds to park your car. The villa is spacious, light and airy with doors from the lounge, dining room and kitchen out to the sea view terrace. The villa has been built to a very high spec and includes marble tiling throughout. There are three bedrooms, the master double has en-suite shower room and the two twin rooms share a family bathroom. There is also a cloakroom with basin and toilet. The living accommodation includes a fully fitted kitchen, stylish modern lounge with satellite TV, DVD and music centre. The dining room has the bonus of another TV for the Play Station 2 – you will need to bring your own games. Whilst having all these excellent living areas perhaps the most important part of the villa is the outside areas.
The terrace accessed from the villa is slightly raised, has an area of comfortable seating and also an area for al-fresco dining. It is very well equipped with patio furniture and this is the place to relax and enjoy the wonderful sea view. Lots of our regular visitors say that they don’t go far they just laze on the terrace, read, relax and enjoy the location. The private pool which is heated in the winter months (November – April) is on a slightly lower level. There is also a barbecue area here with more seating.
There is a side pedestrian gate from the villa that leads down to the coastal walkway. This is a zig zag path that goes East to the harbour and West to Puerto Calero. Whilst being in a quiet area Villa Benedicte is close to all amenities, ten minute walk to the harbour and just two minutes to the nearest restaurant and supermarket. There is no need for a car unless you wish to visit the sights on the island.
The quality and location of this beautiful Lanzarote villa will appeal to those looking for something special that is close to all amenities.
