Villa De Carrida is in a quiet street in an upmarket location in the Old Town area of Puerto del Carmen. The villa is stylishly furnished with a lovely split level lounge/dining room with doors out to the covered terrace and pool area. The large lounge is open plan off of the hall way and includes Satellite TV, DVD and music centre. There is also a TV with a Play Station 2 in one of the bedrooms – you will need to bring your own games. The villa has recently had new lounge and dining room furniture and both bathrooms refurbished. There are three bedrooms. The master bedroom with king size bed has an en-suite bathroom and its own walled and totally private patio area.. The villa has a fully fitted kitchen with utility room alongside. The most important outside areas offer plenty of terracing some shaded and some sunny. From the raised sun terrace you can see the sea in the distance. The private pool is 7m x 4m approximately and is heated by solar in the summer months and backed up electrically in the winter between November and April.
There is a barbecue and patio furniture for al-fresco dining as well as an abundance of sunbeds for relaxing.
The villa is a five minute walk to the supermarket and nearest restaurant. A stroll down to the harbour via the coastal walkway will take about fifteen minutes and a further five minutes will take you to the Playa Chica beach.
Villa De Carrida is ideal for families or couples wishing to relax in a quiet area but be close to the amenities.
