Great and suitable for the large or several families. Marvellous panoramic view to the Mediterranean sea and the Andalusian Mountains. With clear weather conditions you can see the Riff Mountains in Africa.
The whole house appears bright, friendly and has quality furnishing with beautiful parquet floors with thermostatic controlled under floor cooling (and heating, if it is needed), free internet access and satellite TV. There are 6 bedrooms in the house with 4 in the main house and 2 in a separate and new guest house with its own bath.
MAIN HOUSE:
The central place of the main house is a lovely, functional and fully equipments kitchen with dinning for 12 seated people, living room with several comfortable sitting areas and TV corner. The whole house is very complete and contains a lot of cupboard, big glass doors from to the terrace which also gives a bright and pleasant light in the house. There are 4 bedrooms which of 3 has double beds, bath en-suite, wardrobe and 2 of these bedrooms has direct access to the terrace and pool area. The 4th bedroom has a bunk bed with double bed in the bottom – that is 3 sleeps. Furthermore there is a guest toilet at the nice entrance.
GUEST HOUSE/DEPARTMENT:
Contains 2 double bedrooms with wardrobe and air-conditioning and a nice bathroom. There is a little fridge in entrance area and you have the possibility to make a nice cup of coffee or the. A nice place if your want some private time or peace from the rest of the travel party.
TERRACES AND SWIMMING POOL:
The outside area of the house is also very functional for a ‘large’ travel party, as you find several terraces along the house. The biggest area is found by the large swimming pool and contains a nice dinner table and chairs, large gas-BBQ and electric blinds. The is direct access to the kitchen. Around the pool you have lot of possibility to get some sun on of the many sun beds. As there in the summer can be very hot in Andalusien and Costa del Sol, it is nice to find some shadow on the north or the northeast oriented terrace, and if you have the energy you can take a match of badminton as there is a net on the terrace. There are several citrus trees and fresh strawberries on the plot.
AREA AT THE HOUSE:
The villa is situated in a newly urbanization inland of Costa del Sol between Algarrobo and Velez-Malaga. With a 10 minutes drive you can be in of the cities at the coast or one of the many beaches. Even then that the area is very popular and you find several other houses in the area you still live in peaceful and private surrounding.
COOLING / HEATING:
Air-condition with cooling/heating is found in the guest department.
The main-house do NOT contain air-condition but a thermostatic controlled under floor cooling / heating system for a pleasant indoor climate and electric fans.
REMARKS:
There are 13 regular beds in the 6 bedrooms. 2 extra sleeps are on sleeping couch in the living room of the main house.
Car is essential, and there is a app. 3 km. mountain road to the house. The road is cemented and in good condition.
