Communal swimming pools, tennis court, gardens and private parking area to the rear. Please note that the swimming pools are open from middle of June to middle of September.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a six storey building. There is wheelchair access to the interior of the building by a ramp, though somewhat steep. There is also a lift. The apartment is southeast orientated, therefore receiving the morning sun on the terrace. Very well maintained and equipped for up to 8 people. Lots of extras provided to enable you to travel light. Toys, games, books, tennis rackets. 2 Cots, 2 highchairs, 2 strollers can be rented for 12€ per item. Beach towels cost 2€ per towel.
Ideally suited to large families or group of friends.

The location of the apartment makes it ideal for people that don’t want to depend on a car. All amenities are in the immediate vicinity. Beach is just 2 minutes walk away. A new park with childrens area, open air bar and exercise machines for adults just across the road. Tourist information is provided at the property.

Fuengirola is a bustling tourist town with a cosmopolitan population. Without a doubt, the liveliest town on the coast. It has won awards in recent years for cleanliness and for its beaches, which are all safe and well equipped with facilities. There are countless things to do here, far too many to list. It has appeal to all kinds of holiday also very well situated for visiting other cities in Andalucia. You really are spoilt for choice for things to do, places to go etc. Full tourist information is provided at the apartment.

Notes
***CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR are charged at 650 euros a week.

IMPORTANT - Pools are open from 15th of June to the 15th of September.

If arriving or departing 'out of office' hours, please enquire. A supplement will be payable.

Final clean, 60 Euros or the OPTION to leave the apartment as clean and tidy as found upon arrival.

Please note that our prices are based on 4 to 8 people sharing.
For groups of 3 or less, a discount can be offered in low season. Please enquire.

We require 25% on booking and the rest is payable on arrival.

30 euros per person as a breakage deposit, to be paid on arrival and to be returned on departure, subject to satisfactory assessment of apartment.

Exelent for 2 familes

We found the appartment exelent for 2 families. Nice place close to the sea with parking arrangment. Fited perfectly our needs.

Excellent modern apartment in the perfect location

I have just returned from a week's golfing holiday in Fuengirola with 4 friends to celebrate my 30th birthday. This apartment was absolutely perfect for us. It is located in the centre of Fuengirola and is also right beside the dual carraigeway which can either take you north to Malaga or, in our case, south to La Cala Golf in La Cala de Mijas, which is only 15 min drive away. We played on 3 spectacular golf courses here and there are dozens of others all within easy driving distance so I would highly recommend for any party of golfers. The apartment is within 5 mins walking distance to the main hub of Fuengirola where there are numerous restaurants and bars to cater for all tastes, even at this time of the year, and the 8km stretch of beach is only a couple of hundred yards away. The apartment itself is very modern with 4 large bedrooms and 2 separate bathrooms, meaning there was more than enough space for the 5 of us. Jane couldn't have been more helpful to us, giving us great directions to get there, leaving us an unexpected welcome hamper and is available any time you need her. There was also secure parking to the rear of the apartment as well, which came in handy as we had rented a minibus for the week. I can't recommend this apartment and Jane highly enough and hope to return again next year!
